Terms & Conditions

•Family Discount: For families with three (3) or more children, the registration fee will be waived starting from the third child onward.
•The Application/Evaluation Fee and the Registration Fee are non-refundable.
•The One-Time Fees for New Enrollment student must be paid within seven (7) days after notification of the acceptance of the student into NIS. The student's enrollment in NIS is not guaranteed, nor will any official school visa documents be issued, until these fees are paid.

Terms & Conditions

•NIS Term Date: Tuition fee must be paid in full by the due date before the start of the semester.
•Sibling Discount: 10,000 THB/semester for second child onwards
– A discount of 10,000 THB per semester will be applied to the tuition of the second child onwards. The discount is applicable for families with two (2) or more children and is not applicable to the first child's tuition.
– 'Sibling' is defined as a dependent who share the same parent(s) or legal guardian(s), including biological siblings, step-siblings, and half-siblings.
– The discount will be applicable when two (2) or more siblings are enrolled concurrently.
– The discount will be removed in the event of overdue payments.

Terms & Conditions

•All payments should be made payable to NIS International School
•Normal Bank Transfer: Bank transfer details will be provided upon enrollment. Please include student name and ID on all payment references.
•International Transfer: For international wire transfers, additional fees may apply. Please contact the finance office for specific instructions and account details.

Overdue Payment

Late Payment: Each semester's tuition must be paid in full before the due date.

The student's enrollment will be revoked if the first semester's tuition is not paid in full before the due date. The enrollment will only be reinstated when all balances are paid.

An interest at the rate of 1.25% per month will be charged for all late payments. Late fees will be assessed based on the tuition payment deadline for each semester. The school reserves the right to take necessary measures in the event of overdue payments.

Refund Policy

Parents who wish to withdraw their child after the semester officially begins, tuition and deposits refunds will be granted in accordance to the following terms:

•From day 1 to day 10 of the semester – 50% refund
•From day 11 to day 20 of the semester – 25% refund
•After day 21 of the semester, 0% refund

** Semester Days include Saturdays and Sundays

Withdrawals

Students leaving the school are required to clear all obligations before final records will be forwarded to the next school or university. This includes textbooks, library books, Chromebooks and other school materials.

Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the school and who have already paid tuition fees of the upcoming semester must notify the Registrar at least seven (7) working days prior to the start of the semester in order to be eligible for a refund of tuition fees and deposits.

Tuition Benefits

Tuition fees are inclusive of accident insurance (20,000 THB per accident) and basic dental insurance for all students.

K1-K3: Tuition fee includes daily meals; breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

G1-G5: Tuition Fee includes daily buffet lunch.

Re-enrollment Fees

For returning student:

•Re-enroll within 12 months: Free of charge
•Re-enroll after 12 months: THB 10,000
